LIFE’S SHORT, THE WORLD IS BIG.
So go somewhere.
When traveling to a new place, it can be extremely difficult to wrap your head around what it’ll be like. Which can make it intimidating to finally plan that trip you’ve always been talking about. You should go. And hopefully, if I happen to have already been there, then this website will make the planning a little easier.

HOW IT WORKS
In my opinion, the maps and lists make traveling so much easier.
THE MAPS
For countries that I’ve lived in, you can find a Google Map where I’ve pinned all of my recommendations for things to do, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Here’s why I love it. Save the map to “Your Places” by starring it on your Google account and you can access it any time under your maps to see what’s nearby. This makes planning what to do next much easier, and gives you a great visual when creating an itinerary. Walking around Lisbon and hungry for lunch? Just open the map and see what restaurants are close to you.
While there aren’t maps for every single city on this site, the ones that do will give you the option to download the map. This will open a Google map, and if you’re logged into your Google account, you can star it in the left hand bar. Starring it will save it to “Your Places.” To find it in your account, go to your Google Maps, click the menu bar in the top left corner, and scroll down to “Your Places.” You can find it here under maps.
THE LISTS
While it’s nice to have a comprehensive guide when planning travel, it’s a lot of information to dig through once you’re there. For most cities, I’ve created a checklist that gives you bullet points for my top recommendations. If you download these and open them in your Notes app on iPhone, it will give you the ability to check off each item once you’ve gone, and is a great way to keep track of where you’ve been.
When you download the list, it will give you access to a PDF document. Just copy this over to your notes app and add the checklist formatting. Once it’s there, you can easily Airdrop it to other people or use the collaboration tool to give others access. I love these because whenever I have some free time, I’ll just reference the list and choose something I haven’t done yet to go explore.
Let’s Collaborate
Did you go somewhere cool while you were traveling? Let me know. The lists will only work if they stay up-to-date, and since I’m not hopping around the world all the time, I would love your help.
